Ty is the area's leading fiduciary navigator primarily helping seniors who are in transition to find the right solutions to develop a successful legacy. With over 30 years as a licensed health care provider, even owning and operating 2 care facilities in Spokane, her experience and stature as a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)® gives her clients and referral partners the peace of mind that she will conduct her due diligence to look over all the medical, financial, legal and social factors.
When you work with a CSA, you are working with someone who has invested time and effort in learning about the things that are important to you. They have made specific efforts to earn your trust and have committed to meeting CSA continuing education standards that focus on aging issues and encourage volunteering to help older adults. Tyice is uniquely qualified to be able to help a senior navigate their individual experience of aging and benefit from its opportunities. She even helped develop a Lifestage Legacy Review Workbook and offers a FREE one on one legacy consultation to help our community. Tyice has been very involved in helping vulnerable adults in our community throughout the years having not only served as the CEO and Executive Director for a large nonprofit therapeutic recreational center serving those with disabilities, but she and her husband have owned and operated a Lifeline TeleCare agency since 2008 providing medical alerts and medication dispensers. |
Mark started out in the health care industry in 1990 owning and operating a care facility serving vulnerable adults while attending Gonzaga University, ultimately branching out to 2 care facilities in 2005. In 2007 a senior family member was experiencing challenges with aging in place and while implementing changes he discovered the positive impact of supplementing direct care with today’s technology. Today he is a leading expert on Technology Enhanced Care (TEC) having founded and launched a Lifeline TeleCare agency in 2008 providing medical alerts and medication dispensers. Mark took the initiative to work with area pharmacies to independently develop and implement proprietary compliant packaging for the Philips Medication Dispenser (PMD). This additional level of support allows Lifeline clients to receive direct support from pharmacies resulting in improved outcomes while decreasing costs. He furthered established The Complete Care Network designed to be patient centered to improve outcomes and reduce health care costs through a combined disciplinary approach focused on the 3 Pillars of Independent Living: Medication Management, Safety & Security, and Assisted Daily Living Tasks (ADL's). Today his family continues to offer the latest in medical alert technology and looks forward to bringing more (TEC) products to the area market.
