Our home feature private and semi-private rooms thoughtfully and neutrally decorated. We encourage participation in decision making, exercising personal choice, gaining a sense of self direction and independence as a critical action for maintaining hope and purpose. Residents and their families are encouraged to bring ideas to make each room their own.
The home is operated by a nurse with over a decade of nursing experience including but not limited to geriatric, mental health, disability, pediatric, home healthcare, and medical surgery. Additionally, my wife is a practicing Registered nurse that is heavily involved in the day-to-day operation of the AFH. |
